About the Practice

At John F. Harper, M.D., Cardiology Consultation, we believe the patient's interests are of the utmost importance and that every patient deserves an unhurried health exam and diagnosis — whether as part of a comprehensive care plan in partnership with your primary physician or as a second opinion. As a consultancy, we provide a unique, extra level of care not found in a traditional doctor's office. There's no waiting room when you come to see us. You immediately visit with our Dr. Harper himself and his compassionate staff. For your convenience, we won't meet with you until your medical history has been thoroughly reviewed.

Our aim is to optimize the delivery of healthcare services to you by devoting more time to:

  • listen,
  • thoroughly answer your questions,
  • educate you and your family on heart disease prevention and care,
  • engage and empower you to have a voice in your care,
  • assess the best treatment plan for you as your advocate,
  • provide a continuum of care, and
  • return you to your primary doctor with a renewed appreciation for your heart health.
